1. Employer applies for or holds approval as a Standard Business Sponsor. 2. Employer nominates an occupation for the position. 3. Labour Market Testing may be required. 4. Applicant prepares supporting documents. 5. Lodge the visa application. 6. Complete health examinations if required. 7. Receive visa outcome.

• Be nominated for an eligible occupation on the Skills Occupation List based on the selected stream. • Be sponsored by an approved employer • Have the required skills, qualifications or relevant work experience • Meet English language requirements • Meet health and character requirements • Meet any licensing or registration requirements if applicable

This visa allows you to work in Australia only for the sponsoring employer in the nominated occupation, subject to visa conditions.

You can travel in and out of Australia freely while the visa is valid.
